Key Responsibilities

• Generales

- Desarrollar soluciones de diseño y análisis estructural para modificaciones de equipos y componentes de buques de la Armada.
- Específicas Diseñar y modelar en 2D y 3D componentes mecánicos y estructurales, con sus planos de fabricación.
- Analizar esfuerzos y deformaciones mediante elementos finitos, incluyendo cargas estáticas, dinámicas, vibraciones y fatiga.
- Optimizar diseños y evaluar materiales, mecanizado, soldadura y otros procesos de fabricación.
- Participar en la supervisión del montaje a bordo, la resolución de desviaciones y la validación técnica.
- Preparar informes de cálculo, especificaciones y documentación de fabricación, instalación y mantenimiento.

Work Experience

REQUIRED/DESIRED COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

- Diseño mecánico, análisis estructural y evaluación de soluciones de ingeniería.
- Selección de materiales y procesos de fabricación compatibles con el entorno naval.

REQUIRED/DESIRED PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Requisitos mínimos

- Titulación de Ingeniero Técnico Industrial.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en diseño y análisis estructural en entornos de defensa.
- Experiencia acreditable mediante certificados emitidos por empresas u organismos clientes.

Deseables

- 11 años o más de experiencia total en diseño y análisis estructural en entornos de defensa.
- Participación acreditable en proyectos de defensa: actuaciones en unidades militares, mantenimiento, modificación o modernización.
- Cursos de formación relacionados con ingeniería naval, CAD/3D o cálculo estructural.
- Experiencia en mantenimiento naval y elaboración de documentación técnica, informes y memorias.

REQUIRED/DESIRED IT SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE SKILLS

Conocimientos requeridos:

Diseño 2D y 3D

AutoCAD, SolidWorks y CATIA.

Cálculo estructural

Herramientas de cálculo estructural mediante elementos finitos (FEM) en entornos militares.
