Project Leader – OskarshamnWe at WeQuel are now looking for a Project Leader in Oskarshamn. You will lead and coordinate projects and change initiatives in a large transformation of both production and IT. The operation is modernizing its production and IT landscape through production engineering, digitalization and automation, and through a global programme covering Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP – SAP). You will work closely with the business and combine project management, change management and leadership.As a consultant with us, you will work with one of our clients, a leading global industrial company. You will collaborate with local and global stakeholders, coordinate work across functions, run several initiatives in parallel and turn business needs into structured project execution.Your responsibilities:Project management and coordinationLead and coordinate cross-functional teams, projects and development initiativesRun several projects and activities in parallel, with effective planning, prioritization and executionMake sure deliveries meet the agreed budget, timelines, quality and installation requirementsFollow up on activities, risks, dependencies, milestones and resultsTransformation and changeSupport and coordinate local activities in the global transformation programmeManage changes and prioritize initiatives based on business needs and operational requirementsCoach, support and develop team members throughout the transformationHelp project teams and working groups find purpose, understanding and manageability in their workCollaboration and stakeholdersRepresent the business in relevant meetings and forums, and promote collaboration across organizational boundariesWork closely with local and global stakeholders to support alignment and successful implementationYou will work at both a strategic and an operational level, keeping the big picture while handling the details that implementation requires.Requirements:Experience in project management or leading projects or initiatives in production, engineering, digitalization, IT or business transformationExperience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams or projectsAbility to handle several activities and priorities at once, with strong planning, organizational and coordination skillsAbility to follow project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and follow up on deliverablesExperience relevant to change management, operational development or transformationAbility to turn business needs into structured activities and practical implementationExperience working with different functions and stakeholder groups, with strong communication and interpersonal skillsUniversity degree in Engineering, IT, Business/Economics or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceFluent Swedish and English, spoken and writtenMeritorious:Experience from manufacturing or production environmentsExperience with production-related digitalization, automation or IT transformationFamiliarity with MES, ERP or other production-related business systemsExperience coordinating work in larger transformation programmes with local and global stakeholdersAssignment details:Start date: As soon as possibleEnd date: 2027-12-31, with possibility of extensionWorkload: 100%Location: Oskarshamn – on-site; the exact on-site arrangement will be confirmedWe offer:At WeQuel, you become part of a consulting team that values people first – we believe success is created through engagement, collaboration and development.
