This opportunity sits within one of Egypt's most prestigious mixed-use developments, delivering a portfolio of mid-rise and high-rise residential towers alongside retail, commercial, leisure, and public realm infrastructure. The project offers the chance to contribute to a transformative destination that is setting new standards for quality, innovation, and community-focused urban 
development.

The Senior Commercial Manager will provide cost management services from contract signature and award to completion of projects in various sectors and leadership to managers & professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:
•    Leading commercial governance, cost management, reporting, and payment certification.
•    Managing change, claims, risk, and contract administration to protect project outcomes.
•    Provides strategic commercial advice, stakeholder leadership, and compliance across procurement and delivery.
•    Assessing claims, variations, time extensions, and commercial submissions.
•    Managing contract preparation, execution and administration, ensuring commercial integrity.
•    Managing valuations, variations, claims and cost reporting, delivering distinctive client value.
•    Advising on completion certification and agree final accounts, strengthening stakeholder relationships.
•    Managing and coach cost consultancy teams, championing continuous improvement and collaborative carbon reduction.

You’ll need to have:
•    Degree in quantity surveying, commercial management, or a related discipline.
•    Professional accreditation preferred (MRICS, AACE, PMP, or equivalent).
•    Extensive years of commercial experience on major construction projects
