- Measure what matters: Track key performance metrics, evaluate experiment results, and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

- B2C subscription experience: Hands-on experience working with B2C subscription-based products, with a solid understanding of subscription funnels, monetisation models, and key conversion metrics.

- Hands-on funnel experience: Practical experience building and optimising web-to-app or similar conversion funnels using Unbounce, ClickFunnels, or other funnel-building platforms.

- Experimentation mindset: Experience running A/B tests, validating hypotheses, and making decisions based on data rather than assumptions.

- Strong analytical skills: Confidence working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.

- Understanding of UX and CRO: Knowledge of user behaviour, conversion optimisation principles, and how to create experiences that encourage users to take action.

- Market awareness: Ability to research competitors, identify successful funnel approaches, and translate insights into practical improvements.

- Ownership and proactivity: A results-oriented mindset, curiosity, and willingness to take initiative, challenge existing approaches, and continuously look for better solutions.

- Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work effectively with different teams to bring experiments and improvements to life.

Nice to Have:

- Previous experience in EdTech.

- Experience launching new funnels or products in Tier-1 markets.
