A leading resort in Athi River with over 70 villas is looking to fill a manager role.
The F&B Manager will lead the food and beverage operation to deliver excellent guest experiences, consistent quality and healthy margins.
Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, bar, kitchen and banqueting/events.
- Plan menus and pricing with the kitchen; maintain food quality, portion and presentation standards.
- Control food and beverage costs, wastage, stock and inventory.
- Recruit, schedule, train and supervise F&B staff.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and licensing compliance.
- Handle guest feedback and prepare sales and cost reports for the General Manager.
Qualifications
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or related field.
- 3+ years in F&B supervision or management in a hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership, cost control and customer service skills.
Additional Information
Terms
3 month's probationary period
2 years renewable contract subject to satisfactory performance
Basic salary Kshs 50,000 gross per month
