Role Overview

We are looking for process excellence professionals to support
enterprise customer engagements across process modeling, process mining, task
mining, process analysis, and continuous improvement.

The role focuses on analysing business processes, identifying
inefficiencies and deviations, generating actionable insights, and supporting
the design and implementation of process improvement and automation initiatives
under the guidance of senior delivery leaders.

Key Responsibilities

- Model,
document, analyse, and optimise business processes using BPM methodologies
and tools.
- Develop
process mining analyses and dashboards to identify bottlenecks,
deviations, rework, conformance issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Analyse
task-level activity data to understand operational inefficiencies and
opportunities for standardisation or automation.
- Support
root cause analysis, defect tracking, corrective action planning, and
KPI-based performance monitoring.
- Translate
findings into process improvement recommendations, automation
opportunities, and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Support
RPA and AI-enabled process improvement initiatives through process
assessment, requirements documentation, testing, and benefits tracking.
- Prepare
process maps, analysis outputs, dashboards, reports, and customer-ready
presentations.
- Collaborate
with process consultants, data analysts, automation engineers, and AI
teams to execute improvement initiatives.

Must-Have

- 3–8
years of relevant experience in BPM, process excellence, process analysis,
process mining, task mining, or continuous improvement.
- Practical
experience in at least one relevant toolset: ARIS or equivalent for
process modeling; Celonis or equivalent for process mining; Skan or
equivalent for task mining.
- Strong
analytical skills and an understanding of process metrics, operational
KPIs, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Ability
to interpret process data, identify meaningful patterns, and translate
findings into practical recommendations.
- Good
communication, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration
skills.
- Willingness
to work hands-on with customer teams and multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Good to Have

- Exposure
to Automation Anywhere or other RPA platforms.
- Familiarity
with SQL, BI dashboards, data analysis, or process performance reporting.
- Awareness
of GenAI and agentic AI applications in process automation and operational
improvement.
- Experience
supporting large enterprise or high-tech customer engagements.
