Overview
You will be responsible for managing the bank’s liquidity securities portfolio, within the Treasury Desk of the Financial Markets Business Unit.
What you’ll be doing
Key responsabilities will be:
- Analyzing market data to spot investment opportunities, managing and monitoring the investment of the liquidity portfolio
- Ensuring the liquidity needed to the Portfolio by Repo operations on securities and/or financing tools
- Performing daily controls to ensure the portfolio risks are within the limits set by the Portfolio Policy and the BoD
- Daily monitoring of the portfolio and all the assets pledged as collateral in the Central Bank.
Who we are looking for
If you want to turn your passion into a career and you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- 5-10 years of experience in the role are required
- Strong understanding of the market of financial products
- Strong financial analysis skill and numerical sense
- Strong knowledge in finance, and skills in quantitative analyses and portfolio optimisation
- Good knowledge of computer-based tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and systems such as Reuters/Workspace or Bloomberg
- Good knowledge and expertise in banking products, services and systems
- English: good
- Italian: fluent
- French: intermediate
- Luxembourgish: Nice to have
