Responsible for supervising and managing the stewarding team, ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas. Monitoring staff performance, assigning daily duties, preparing work schedules, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, controlling cleaning supplies, and ensuring compliance with restaurant policies. Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
