Location: Dimona, Rotem Industrial Park
Working Hours: 08:00-17:00, with one Friday per month (paid as overtime)
Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Providing telephone support to customers
- Preparing and sending price quotations
- Supplying replacement equipment to customers
- Managing field technicians' tasks and ensuring operational continuity
Technician Support & Operations
- Opening service calls for technicians
- Coordinating, scheduling, and dispatching tasks according to priorities
- Monitoring response and resolution times in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Collecting and managing approvals and work documentation
- Handling returned equipment (RMA) and providing replacement equipment
- Managing technician and laboratory equipment inventory
- Tracking inventory in technicians' vehicles
- Coordinating shipments and supporting ongoing operations
- Creating purchase orders and tracking deliveries
Customer Orders
- Entering and managing customer orders in the system
- Monitoring deliveries and ensuring commitment timelines are met
- Updating customers regarding order status

Requirements
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong self-learning ability
- High customer service orientation
- Strong organizational and task prioritization skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and a structured approach
- Team player with the ability to work effectively across multiple interfaces
Significant Advantage
- Previous experience in an operations, customer service, or call center role
- Experience working with business systems and operational platforms
