Job Summary:
To lead the organization's financial control and reporting function, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial records, compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, effective internal controls, and timely financial reporting to support sound business decision-making.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Professional accounting qualification such as ICAN, ACA, ACCA, ANAN, or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum of 10-13 years' experience in Financial Control, Financial Reporting, Audit, or Corporate Finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in Fintech or Banking is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting standards, internal controls, taxation, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Good understanding of the financial services regulatory environment and regulatory policies
