As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our home care services. This position is essential in coordinating care scheduling and supporting our team of carers to deliver outstanding service to our clients in Eastleigh & Hedge End.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage care schedules for clients and carers.Communicate effectively with clients and carers to ensure high-quality service delivery..Direct supervision of our team of carers, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and confidence.Foster effective communication within the carers team, office and with clients' families.On Call Duty - generally once a month depending on shift pattern with the On Call team.
