Responsibilities

- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Provide medication reminders and monitor client health status

- Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to client care

- Document client progress and report any changes in condition to nursing staff

- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to promote a positive environment

- Follow all safety and care protocols while adhering to company policies

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid PCA certification or willingness to obtain certification

- Previous experience in home health care or personal care assistance preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable transportation to commute to Glenn Allen, VA

- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening

- Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
