Job Description

At Syngenta, trusted data and innovative analytics are essential to driving smarter business decisions and advancing our digital transformation.

We are seeking a Data Governance & Reporting Analyst to bridge business priorities with reliable data, scalable analytics solutions, and sustainable digital products. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how data is governed, managed, and transformed into meaningful business insights across North America.

If you enjoy connecting people, processes, and technology to solve complex business challenges, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be able to travel to our Greensboro, North Carolina, location as needed to support business operations, meetings, and other organizational priorities.

Analytics Application Ownership & Delivery

- Partner with business stakeholders to identify analytics needs, define business outcomes, and translate requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable deliverables.
- Own and prioritize analytics product backlogs and roadmaps, balancing business value, resource capacity, dependencies, risks, and long-term sustainability.
- Guide analytics solutions throughout the product lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, implementation, adoption, continuous improvement, and retirement.
- Lead reporting modernization and rationalization efforts by promoting reusable solutions, evaluating new dashboard requests, and supporting legacy reporting transitions.
- Provide product ownership for the existing Qlik reporting environment, partnering with technical specialists to evaluate requirements, prioritize enhancements, and support transition activities.
