DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver professional, efficient and friendly customer support via live chat, email and telephone.
- Assist Korean-speaking customers across multiple brands with account enquiries, general information and service-related requests.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns, complaints and technical or account-related issues.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure enquiries are resolved accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Develop a thorough understanding of company products, services, policies and procedures.
- Consistently deliver excellent service while meeting agreed quality and performance standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in Korean and English.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent Korean, both written and spoken.
- Good command of English, written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, contact centres, sales or another customer-facing environment.
- Experience handling customer enquiries through live chat, email or telephone.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willingness to relocate to Nicosia, Cyprus.
- Previous experience in iGaming, online betting or a related industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- Additional languages would be considered an advantage.
