About this role
FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. We started in regulated industries - banking and insurance - and have successfully landed major deals in government and defence. We're now expanding into new verticals including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction.
Our platform enables large organisations to deploy, run, and monitor mission-critical AI agents at scale. We provide the governance layers and robustness that AI agents need to operate reliably across the most important business processes.
Mission
We are looking for a Junior Sales Assistant to support our sales team, with a focus on strategic accounts and partnerships. You will keep the sales process running cleanly day to day while learning to sell FlowX yourself.
What you will do on a daily basis
- Shadow the Strategic Accounts & Partnerships Manager and senior Account Executives to learn how enterprise deals and partnerships are run end to end.
- Coordinate scheduling for client, partner and internal meetings, confirm attendees, and send agendas and prep material in advance.
- Track email and operational threads so that every thread has a next step, an owner and a due date, and nothing is dropped.
- Keep account and partner files, notes, trackers, HubSpot records and follow-up schedules current and accessible.
- Attend client and partner meetings, online and in person, and circulate notes, decisions and owner-tagged actions afterwards.
- Learn to sell FlowX through our ramp certification milestones, from platform overview to discovery and objection handling.
Very likely you can be successful if you have
- A university degree (or one in progress) in business, economics, communications or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and a habit of following things through to the end.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Confidence with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Experience with a CRM, ideally HubSpot, is a plus.
- Curiosity about enterprise software and AI, and a proactive, detail-oriented attitude.
- Experience in sales, business development, operations or an administrative role is nice to have. Internships and student projects count.
What's in it for you
- Direct impact on how the company scales and delivers multi-million-dollar enterprise transformation deals.
- Competitive compensation with an early-stage equity package.
- Work alongside an ambitious leadership team driving category creation in enterprise AI.
- Collaborative, fast-paced culture with room to grow and make an impact.
