Your new adventure

The Spare Parts Order Coordinator receives and processes customer orders, coordinates and clarifies requirements internally and directly with customers, and monitors inventory levels to maintain the optimal balance between product availability and delivery lead times in accordance with company policies.

- Manage the end-to-end processing of spare parts orders, including availability verification and coordination with Planning and Procurement teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order management, inquiries, and delivery updates.
- Monitor and follow up on payment transactions to ensure timely processing and resolution of outstanding issues.
- Coordinate and oversee shipments to ensure accurate and on-time delivery to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and claims professionally, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Support inventory planning activities to maintain optimal spare parts availability and service levels.
- Create and manage production orders for spare parts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects related to spare parts management and customer service operations.

Your skills and experiences

- First relevant experience in customer service, inside sales, order management, or a comparable administrative role.
- Experience coordinating orders, deliveries, and inventory-related activities while ensuring a high level of accuracy and service quality.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Structured and detail-oriented working style, combined with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer and operational issues.
- Fluent level in German and in English

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 48,545.42 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
