Pay: $45,000 - $50,000 per year depending on experience plus overtime

What You’ll Be Doing

- Maintain turf as needed on a weekly basis or more often if requested by clients. Includes mowing, trimming, edging, blowing off hard surfaces and sometimes weeding and pruning as requested. Leaf clean ups, bed clean up, cutbacks, aeration, verticutting, power rake and overseeding of lawns. Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment as well as efficiently on your own while taking care for client properties and taking pride in the end results of their work.
- May interact with clients on a daily basis communicating the process and expectations of services needed and services performed along with recommendations for other Ryan services needed on their property.
- Possesses a General knowledge of mowing practices.
- Continuing on the job and in the classroom training on all aspects of Ryan provided services with the goal of being able to service the client at a higher level with each year of employment.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

- HS diploma/GED
- 1 year industry experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to push/pull objects while walking up to 3 mile a day or more.
- Ability to work outside in all weather, year round
- General knowledge of department specific equipment maintenance and operation.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Safety focus
- Dependable and punctual
