We at Coforge are hiring Senior PMO Project Manager (#F-10609-ERP-USA-FP-17) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain master project plans, timelines, dependencies, issues, risks, and mitigation plans.

- Coordinate with engineering teams, ServiceNow architects, and business stakeholders across IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services, and Finance.

- Lead stakeholder meetings and steering committee communications, track action items, and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs).

- Prepare executive presentations, briefings, and project status reports for leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–7 years of project management experience.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience maintaining project plans, dependencies, issues, and risk management documentation.

- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to facilitate meetings, track action items, and prepare MoMs.

- Experience preparing executive presentations and status reports.

- Knowledge or experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS).

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in Hi-Tech or SaaS companies.

- Exposure to companies such as Cisco, NetApp, ServiceNow, or Salesforce.

- Experience coordinating with ServiceNow architects and engineering teams.

- Experience managing projects across IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services, and Finance.
