We at Coforge are hiring Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) / Order-to-Cash (O2C) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to Q2C/O2C processes.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and testing scenarios.

- Execute testing and validate results to ensure alignment with business needs.

- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and facilitate feedback sessions with stakeholders.

- Document processes, workflows, and system configurations related to Q2C/O2C.

- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.

- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) / Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

- Proficiency in SAP and its functionalities related to Q2C/O2C.

- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with testing tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or similar.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.

- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
