Palm Beach Tan is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team! Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional customer service and a welcoming in-store experience
• Educate clients on tanning/wellness services, skincare products, and membership options
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and performance metrics
• Open and close the store following established procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet sales targets
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
