Palm Beach Tan is looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team! Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients daily
• Educate clients on tanning equipment, lotions, and skincare products to drive sales
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and membership targets
• Open and close the salon according to established procedures
• Build lasting customer relationships to encourage retention and loyalty
Requirements:
• Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and drive to meet sales targets
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
