You will be responsible for strategically executing the end-to-end hiring process while ensuring a superior candidate and Hiring Leader experience. You will execute the recruiting process to acquire the best talent with speed and quality.

- Fully bilingual in English (C1 level).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing for high-volume hiring roles, preferably bilingual positions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Segment- and industry-specific knowledge.
- Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to partner with ancillary groups supporting Talent Acquisition processes.
- Ability to make logical, data-driven decisions in a complex environment.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Consistently demonstrate the Blue Box Values and embody th e Leadership Behaviors.
- Completed university degree preferred.
