📊 Project Finance Specialist

Tempe, AZ We're seeking a detail-oriented Project Finance Specialist with hands-on Oracle Fusion experience to support project setup, contract administration, billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the full project financial lifecycle and enjoys working closely with Project Managers to keep projects financially on track.

What You'll Do

Create and maintain projects, contracts, funding, tasks, and billing information within Oracle Fusion Review project and contract setup to ensure alignment with executed agreements, purchase orders, and client requirements Process contract modifications, change orders, project updates, and project closeouts Manage billing schedules, generate and review invoices, and coordinate approvals Prepare invoice packages and submit through client-designated portals and billing systems Research and resolve billing discrepancies, funding issues, and invoicing questions Monitor project budgets, billing status, and potential overages Partner with Project Managers and Finance teams to proactively resolve issues and keep projects moving forward Support accounts receivable and collections activities as needed

What We're Looking For

Required:

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP , particularly: Contracts
- Project Financial Management (PFM)
- Project Billing

- Experience in project accounting, project billing, contract administration, or accounts receivable
- Ability to interpret contracts, purchase orders, work authorizations, and billing requirements
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

- Engineering consulting, architecture, construction, or professional services experience
- Experience with: Cost-Plus Billing
- Time & Materials (T&M)
- Fixed-Fee Billing
- Milestone Billing

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
