MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Fairwind / Oakfield Apartments - North Charleston, SC 29406
Salary: $25-to-$35 per hour
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our Fairwind/Oakfield community in North Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintenance management, project management, and general maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure optimal efficiency
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, HVAC, low voltage, plumbing, etc.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and documentation
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Effective communication within the team
- Knowledge of electrical systems, low voltage, HVAC, plumbing, etc.
- Leadership qualities to lead a team effectively
