Our vertically integrated capabilities and deep materials science expertise in aluminum and titanium structural casting is taking the industry to new heights. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Manager will be a member of Arconic Operations Lead Team in Chandler, AZ.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent
- 10 years minimum of maintenance experience with a strong technical background
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. Green Card Holder), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Business
- 10-15 years of maintenance experience with a strong technical background
- High degree of people skills to motivate and influence others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough understanding of Maintenance and Engineering practices
- Supervisory/management experience in a unionized environment
- Experience in Oracle data base
- Thorough knowledge of Extrusion and Casting processes and standard practices with experience in various technical assignments
