Designed for transitioning and recently separated service members, veterans, National Guard members, and Reservists, Catalyst Military provides a pathway into Oracle's data center operations.

We're seeking candidates with at least three years of relevant technical experience , gained through military service or a combination of military service and other relevant technical experience. Prior commercial data center experience is not required.

Your First Six Weeks with Catalyst Military

Catalyst Military provides a structured six-week technical transition designed to build on your existing experience and introduce you to Oracle's data center systems, tools, and operational practices.

During your first six weeks, you'll:

- Complete Oracle onboarding and learn the technical foundations of OCI data center operations.

- Gain supervised, hands-on experience through structured OJT.

- Learn Oracle technologies, safety standards, processes, and operational procedures.

- Apply your existing technical and troubleshooting skills while receiving ongoing manager coaching and feedback.

- Learn alongside fellow Catalyst Military participants while developing the knowledge needed to contribute in your new role.

You're not starting over. You're building on the experience you've earned and taking the next step in your technical career.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from $28.41 to $56.83 per hour; from: $59,100 to $118,200 per annum.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
