Through our people-first approach, Elevate works to ensure technology creates inclusive economic opportunity- ensuring that artificial intelligence enhances human potential rather than replacing it.  Microsoft Elevate is seeking a Digital Solution Engineer – Copilot to be the technical lead for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork, Copilot Studio agents and Agent 365 across Education (K-12 schools) and Nonprofit customers in Australia and New Zealand.Working in a digital, remote-first model, this engineer will provide high-velocity technical coverage across a large and diverse customer base, partnering closely with Digital Solution Specialists to move customers from early AI conversations to committed, deployed and well-adopted solutions. They will bring technical credibility to every engagement through demonstrations, envisioning sessions and proofs of value, and help customers build the identity, data governance and security foundations, including Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview and SharePoint oversharing controls, needed to deploy Copilot and agents with confidence.The ideal candidate combines hands-on Microsoft 365 and AI expertise with a passion for mission-driven organisations, scales impact through partners and repeatable assets, and champions responsible AI so that schools, universities and nonprofits can do more for the communities they serve. Responsibilities <ul><li>Own the technical win for Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent opportunities from qualification to close, partnering with Digital Solution Specialists and account teams to convert qualified pipeline into committed business.</li><li>Deliver tailored demonstrations, envisioning workshops, architecture sessions, and proofs of value and pilots for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Cowork, Copilot Studio and Agent 365 for business, technical and executive audiences.</li><li>Assess and remediate Copilot readiness across licensing, identity, data security and governance with Microsoft Purview, SharePoint permissions and oversharing, and compliance, with particular care for student data, privacy and safeguarding in Education.</li><li>Design high-value agent scenarios with customers, such as teaching and learning and school administration in Education, and fundraising and program delivery for nonprofits, and guide them from prototype to production.</li><li>Drive deployment, usage and adoption so customers realise value quickly, landing new seats, growing seat counts, and protecting renewals and expansion.</li><li>Scale impact through partners and repeatable motions, co-selling with and enabling partners on Copilot and agent solutions, orchestrating handoffs to partners, FastTrack and deployment programs, and reaching a large account base through reusable technical assets, webinars and one-to-many sessions.</li><li>Act as the voice of the customer to Microsoft product groups, maintain accurate pipeline and technical milestones in MSX, and model AI-powered ways of working by using Copilot and agents in your own workflow.</li><li>Champion responsible AI, helping customers establish secure, well-governed foundations and the policies and practices that support safe, trustworthy and inclusive AI use.</li></ul> Qualifications Required Qualifications (RQs) <ul style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0px;"><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; text-indent: 24px;">Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience</li></ul><ul style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><li style="list-style: none; margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><ul style="list-style-type: circle; margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0cm;"><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; line-height: normal; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">OR equivalent experience</li></ul></li></ul> Preferred Qualifications (PQs) <ul style="margin-bottom: 10pt; margin-top: 0px;"><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or Copilot Studio, including building agents, and working knowledge of the Power Platform.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Purview, and SharePoint and Teams governance and security.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Proven ability to run compelling demonstrations and workshops for business and technical audiences, including executives.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Ability to manage many concurrent opportunities in a digital, remote-first, high-velocity engagement model.</li><li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul> This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. <hr> Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
