Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Sky Ford Provo is looking for a high-performing F&I Manager who knows how to maximize every deal, protect the dealership, and deliver a top-tier customer experience. If youre competitive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment — we want you on our team.
What Youll Do
- Structure and finalize vehicle financing and leasing deals
- Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, maintenance, etc.)
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations
- Work closely with sales managers to maximize gross profit per deal
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Deliver a transparent, efficient, and professional customer experience
- Monitor CIT, funding timelines, and deal accuracy
What Were Looking For
- Proven success as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership
- Strong closing skills with consistent product penetration
- Deep understanding of compliance (Red Flags, OFAC, Truth in Lending, etc.)
- Ability to work deals quickly and accurately under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Competitive mindset with a drive to win
