About this role
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA in HR is advantageous.
- 3-10 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing unit, plant or similar environment

- Comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices for specialized operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
