Reports to Director Location Bangkok, Thailand (office + company warehouse) Experience 3–5 years in procurement and/or warehouse operations
AH International supplies Operating Supplies &; Equipment (OS&E) to new and existing hotels, sourcing locally and through imports, with our own warehouse in Bangkok. This role handles local and international procurement, import and customs, and day-to-day warehouse operations on SAP.
Key responsibilities Procurement • Source OS&E items from Thai and overseas suppliers; evaluate and maintain an approved vendor list. • Request and compare quotations, negotiate price, MOQ, payment terms, lead times and Incoterms. • Issue purchase orders in SAP and follow up through production, shipping and delivery. • Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers; prepare and check shipping documents (invoice, packing list, B/L or AWB, certificate of origin). • Manage Thai customs clearance, including HS codes, duty/VAT and FTA privileges; track landed cost.
Warehouse and inventory • Receive local and import shipments, check against POs and record goods receipts in SAP. • Maintain accurate stock by project in SAP; run cycle counts and stock takes and reconcile variances. • Plan picking, packing and dispatch to hotel sites; prepare delivery documents and arrange transport. • Keep the warehouse safe and organized (FIFO, careful handling of fragile goods) and supervise warehouse staff. • Report on procurement status and inventory to the Director.
Requirements • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, International Trade or related field. • 3–5 years in procurement/import and warehouse or inventory management; hotel OSE or hospitality experience is a plus. • Fluent Thai and good English, spoken and written (mandatory). • Strong sourcing and negotiation skills with local and overseas suppliers. • Working knowledge of Thai customs procedures, import documents, HS codes and Incoterms. • Hands-on SAP experience (MM/WM or similar) and good MS Excel skills. • Organized, detail-oriented and reliable under
