About this role

## Who We Are
Testsigma is building the world's first Quality Intelligence Platform - AI-powered, agent-driven, and designed to make software testing intelligent rather than just automated. Our platform learns your application, your history, and your domain. It doesn't just generate tests - it understands risk, detects gaps, and gives teams the confidence to release.

## What This Role Is
We are growing fast, we are building toward a PLG motion, and the TAM who joins us now will own the technical health of our customers across every segment - making sure the platform they rely on is not just implemented, but genuinely driving value from day one.
The Technical Account Manager at Testsigma is the technical backbone of the customer journey. You own the technical health of your assigned accounts - onboarding, adoption, configuration, and ongoing technical engagement - and you coordinate across internal teams to make sure the customer gets what they need.
This is not a passive role. You assess each customer situation, determine what kind of intervention is needed, and pull in the right internal resource - whether that is TSE, ES, Product, or the commercial team. You are the one who sees the full technical picture of an account and acts on it.
You work across all customer segments - SMB, mid-market, and enterprise - in a 24x5 rotational environment. The complexity of what you handle changes with the account. The standard of ownership does not.

## What You Will Own
### 1. Technical Onboarding - Own the end-to-end technical onboarding of new accounts across all segments - from kickoff through the customer's first production test suite and first-value milestone - Run the technical kickoff covering the customer's environment, integration requirements, and 90-day technical milestones - do not begin configuration without this - Close onboarding only when the customer has achieved a tangible technical outcome - not when the tasks are complete
### 2. Adoption and Technical Health - Identify technical blockers to adoption within assigned accounts - configuration gaps, integration failures, user capability gaps - Build account-specific technical adoption plans and execute them - Monitor technical health signals across your portfolio - usage data, error patterns, engagement gaps - and act on them before they become customer-visible problems - Communicate technical health proactively to relevant internal stakeholders so the right people can act at the right time
### 3. Technical Consulting and Problem Solving - Act as the primary technical resource for complex customer use cases - diagnose the customer's environment, design the right approach, and execute it - Lead technical customer interactions - calls, reviews, and deep-dive sessions - with a clear agenda and a follow-up summary sent within 24 hours - Push back on technically infeasible or out-of-scope customer requests - clearly and early enough to matter - Work in a 24x5 rotational shift environment supporting customers across global timezones
### 4. Cross-Functional Coordination - Assess each customer situation and determine which internal team needs to be involved - TSE, ES, Product, or others - then coordinate and own the follow-through - Come to every internal escalation with a structured problem statement, steps already tried, and relevant evidence - Translate customer technical patterns into structured product feedback for the Product team - not individual complaints, but recurring themes with supporting data
### 5. Operational Discipline - Keep technical account records and adoption data current at all times - Send a summary within 24 hours of every customer interaction you lead - Participate in weekly TAM team reviews with a prepared account technical status update
