Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Test Professional to join our team in Vienna, Austria. In this role, you will be responsible for comprehensive testing of SmartRecruiters in our production environment. You will work to ensure the highest quality standards, identify defects, and validate system functionality to support our recruitment platform's reliability and performance. The ideal candidate will be organized, methodical, and committed to delivering excellence through rigorous quality assurance practices.

- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases for SmartRecruiters PROD environment
- Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking tools, providing clear and detailed bug reports
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure system stability and performance
- Analyze test results and communicate findings to development and product teams
- Validate new features and enhancements in the production environment prior to release
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and testing scope
- Organize and prioritize testing activities to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Conduct smoke testing and sanity checks to verify system health and critical functionality
- Maintain detailed testing documentation and test execution logs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and efficiency

Qualifications

- Proven experience in QA testing and test case development
- Strong knowledge of SmartRecruiters platform or similar recruitment software systems
- Experience testing in production environments
- Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- Knowledge of SQL for database testing and validation
- Experience with API testing and integration testing
- Familiarity with HR technology and recruitment systems
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of performance and load testing concepts
