You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your procurement expertise + operational skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.

## How you create impact

You will be responsible for managing regional procurement activities across OPEX + CAPEX categories, office supplies, facility management, and warehouse asset maintenance. You will ensure adherence to the 5Rs of Procurement - delivering the Right Product, in the Right Quantity, with the Right Quality, at the Right Time, and at the Right Price. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:

- Lead end to end sourcing + procurement activities for operational requirements and new business projects, ensuring timely, cost effective + quality driven solutions.
- Manage office supplies + facility management activities, including coordination with property management, contractors, and service providers.
- Raise and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and supplier invoices while ensuring compliance with company policies + approval workflows.
- Administer maintenance contracts, rate agreements, and service contracts to ensure uninterrupted operations + optimal commercial outcomes.
- Coordinate workplace support services, including transportation, courier management, housekeeping, and other business support requirements.
- Identify, evaluate + onboard potential suppliers while maintaining a robust supplier base across the region.
- Deliver procurement savings and cost optimization initiatives through strategic sourcing, supplier consolidation, contract negotiations, demand aggregation, and process improvements.
- Build + maintain strong supplier relationships to drive service excellence, competitive pricing, and long-term value creation.
- Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance + procurement governance standards.
- Support budgeting, spend analysis, reporting + data-driven decision-making to improve cost control and procurement performance.

## What we would like you to bring

- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or category management.
- Experience in Contract Logistics, warehousing, 3PL or logistics operations is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in supplier sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation and procurement strategy.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, MHE, warehouse infrastructure and operational procurement categories.
- Demonstrated experience in cost reduction, spend analysis and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong an.alytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
