About this role
Supervise maintenance activities of Ports equipment in term of executing maintenance plans and schedules, planning preventative maintenance programs, preparing equipment work plans, and follow up projects while complying with safety policies and regulations.
Educational and Technical Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
Language Skills:
- Excellent English. Arabic is an added advantage
Years of Experience:
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
Nature of Experience:
- Experience in similar capacity in Maintenance and Reliability in Manufacturing / Industrial environment.
- Familiar with enterprise resource planning system, Microsoft business application, and auto-cad would be an advantage.
- Track record for solving complex problems , designing creative strategies, and delivering significant impact.
- Passion for and the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment, working closely with partners at all levels across various functions of the organization.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performance teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
