Scrum Master

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery, drive team effectiveness, and ensure successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching teams on Agile principles, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement while collaborating with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing multiple Agile teams.
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Cloud, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working with distributed/global teams.
- Exposure to Digital Transformation and Product Development programs.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of IT experience with at least 2+ years of Scrum Master experience.
- Proven experience leading Agile teams in software development environments.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
