About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and system testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and JUnit .
- Validate frontend/UI functionality and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and defect triage meetings.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and track issues through resolution.
- Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating and executing automated test suites.
- Perform testing across Windows and Linux environments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and automation frameworks.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
- Strong experience in Manual Testing and Test Case Design .
- Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver for automation testing.
- Strong programming skills in Java .
- Experience with JUnit testing framework.
- Good understanding of Frontend/UI Testing .
- Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and pipelines .
- Experience in test planning, test strategy creation, and execution.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems .
- Ability to analyze requirements and create effective test scenarios.
- Strong defect management and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to PHP and Groovy scripting .
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, or similar DevOps tools.
- Basic understanding of API testing and database validation.
