About this role
- Selecting investment ideas to create alpha for the portfolios and generate competitive return vs Benchmark and peers.
- Identifying macro trends and developing strategy for overweight / underweight sectors
- Closely track multiple sectors (either independently or with help of analysts)
- Review performance of all portfolios on a regular basis and undertake attribution analysis
- Daily monitoring of regulatory limits and cash flows based on fund inflow/outflow
- Communication and interaction with top management, sales team regarding market updates and fund performance
- Support CIO and Head of Investment in formulating policy framework and management reporting
- Manage the team of Research Analyst & Equity Dealer. Guide junior members in the team to improve their performance
