Functie

Als Client Executive ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en uitbouwen van een eigen klantenportefeuille met vooral grootzakelijke en internationale klanten (minimaal EUR 500M omzet of een complex risicoprofiel). Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening, adviseert proactief en benut kansen voor uitbreiding van de portefeuille. Samen met het Broking team en de risicoadviseur van ons Advisory team zoek je steeds de beste oplossing voor de klant. Als Client Executive binnen Marsh kan je een rol spelen in het werken met de absolute wereldtoppers binnen de sector.

De werkzaamheden binnen Accountmanagement worden gekenmerkt door een data gedreven en commerciële aanpak, frequente interactie met de klant, het tijdig reageren op verzoeken en het proactief inspelen en anticiperen op (veranderende) behoeften van de klant.

Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

·       Plannen en coördineren van operationele, strategische en commerciële activiteiten voor klanten;

·       Vragen en verzoeken van klanten snel en zorgvuldig afhandelen;

·       Klantresultaat bewaken en optimaliseren;

·       Projectmanagement van renewals en verlengingen van verzekeringsprogramma’s;

·       Realiseren van deep- en cross-selling bij toegewezen klanten;

·       Realiseren van groei met nieuwe relaties;

·       Mobiliseren van de juiste (internationale) resources ten behoeve van klanten;

·       Zorgdragen voor consistente, inhoudelijk sterke adviezen en presentaties.

Jouw profiel

·       Commerciële drive, klantgericht, ondernemend, communicatief en organisatorisch sterk;

·       Afgeronde HBO- of wo-opleiding en 3-7 jaar werkervaring in de verzekeringswereld bij voorkeur in een commerciële rol;

·       Je bent in bezit van het geldige WFT diploma - Adviseur Schadeverzekering Zakelijk;

·       Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;

·       Betrokken, leergierig, enthousiast, zelfstandig en een prettige teamspeler;

·       Flexibel, commercieel gedreven en in staat om overzicht te houden.

Help shape the future of Marsh Rotterdam as a Client Executive for our Risk Management department

Position

As a Client Executive, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining and expanding your own client portfolio, particularly with major corporate and international clients (minimum EUR 500M turnover or a complex risk profile). You monitor the quality of service delivery, provide proactive advice, and identify opportunities to expand your portfolio. Together with the Broking team and the Risk Advisor from our Advisory team, you continuously look for the best solution for the client. As a Client Executive at Marsh, you can play a role in working with the absolute world leaders in the sector.

Account Management activities are characterized by a data-driven and commercial approach, frequent client interaction, timely responses to requests, and proactive anticipation of (changing) client needs.

Your daily responsibilities include:

- Planning and coordinating operational, strategic, and commercial activities for clients;
- Handling client inquiries and requests quickly and carefully;
- Monitoring and optimizing client outcomes;
- Project management of renewals and extensions of insurance programs;
- Achieving deep and cross-selling with assigned clients;
- Driving growth through new relationships;
- Mobilizing the right (international) resources for clients;
- Ensuring consistent, substantive advice and presentations.

Your Profile

- Commercial drive, customer-focused, entrepreneurial, communicative, and strong organizational skills;
- Completed HBO or university degree with 3-7 years of work experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a commercial role;
- Valid WFT certification - Advisor Commercial Damage Insurance;
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
- Committed, eager to learn, enthusiastic, independent, and a pleasant team player;
- Flexible, commercially driven, and able to maintain an overview.
