Assistant Warehousing Administrator (m/w/d) | München
Du möchtest in einem internationalen Technologieunternehmen arbeiten und sorgst gerne dafür, dass im Hintergrund alles reibungslos läuft? Für unseren Standort in München suchen wir Unterstützung im Bereich Warehousing & Logistics.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung unserer Wareneingangs-, Verpackungs- und Warenausgangsprozesse .
- Du stellst die ordnungsgemäße Annahme und Versendung von Waren sicher und dokumentierst Lagerbewegungen zuverlässig.
- Du meldest Unstimmigkeiten, Beschädigungen oder Abweichungen frühzeitig an die zuständigen Ansprechpartner:innen.
- Du pflegst relevante Lager- und Versandunterlagen und unterstützt bei deren Ablage und Dokumentation.
- Du wirkst bei der Bestandsverwaltung, Inventuren und regelmäßigen Bestandskontrollen mit.
- Du bedienst Lagerhilfsmittel wie Handhubwagen sicher und verantwortungsbewusst.
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt du dein Team flexibel bei weiteren Aufgaben im operativen Lagerbetrieb.
Das bringst du mit
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Lager-, Logistik- oder Versandumfeld .
- Idealerweise eine Ausbildung oder Qualifikation im Bereich Lagerlogistik, Lagerwirtschaft oder vergleichbar .
- Eine sorgfältige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes Auge fürs Detail.
- Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
- Einen sicheren und verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit Lagertechnik, Maschinen und Betriebsmitteln.
- Grundkenntnisse relevanter Vorschriften rund um Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz .
- Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher (und englischer) Sprache.
- Ein Staplerschein und Führerschein sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
