Baptist Health is currently looking to add a Lead Radiology Technologist to our Diagnostic Imaging Department at Wolfson Children's Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity working Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.

As a Lead Radiology Technologist, your day will consist of prepping rooms and positioning patients to capture clear diagnostic images that guide clinical decisions. This is a working leadership position. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses and physicians, operate advanced imaging equipment, and ensure every patient receives safe, accurate, and compassionate care.

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities:

- Responsible for quality and quantity of procedures performed in designated area(s)
- Assists in staff performance/equipment evaluations, insures employee compliance with Employee Health and Mandatory Education requirements
- Identifies, prepares, administers, and documents medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state, and federal regulations or Lawful institutional policy

Experience Requirements:

- Customer Service Experience preferred
- 1-2 Years Radiology Experience preferred
- 1-2 Years Technologist Experience preferred
- 1-2 Years Experience working in a hospital setting preferred

Education & Credential Requirements:

- Vocational School
- Licensed Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) - DOH Required Or
- Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT – ARRT Or
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
