## Our Team, Your Impact

We are looking for qualified and motivated candidate for the role of
Senior Transportation and LogisticsExpert ILC, EU Logistics, based in Sofia.

## How You’ll Spend Your Day

- Coordinate end-to-end supply flow and planning activities
- Optimize transport modes and execution while ensuring clear customer communication
- Manage key stakeholder relationships across transport lanes, campaigns, and services
- Conduct risk assessments and proactively resolve logistics issues
- Lead hypercare coordination and monitor LSP performance and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with Global Compliance and Global Insurance teams
- Act as SAP super user for transport and logistics systems
- Prepare clear, structured management reports and presentations
- Manage transport bookings, lane setups, and tracking activities in TCC systems
- Recommend optimal transport solutions and ensure on-time delivery updates
- Ensure adherence to service guidelines and high-quality standards
- Support training of new team members and continuous process improvement

## Your Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Management or related field)
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills with high attention to detail
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Proactive mindset with motivation to learn and develop
- Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and consistent performance
- Results-driven with a commitment to quality and excellence
