In this role, you won’t just deliver training sessions — you’ll shape the employee experience from day one. From onboarding new talent to developing engaging learning programs, you’ll play a key role in building a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Create engaging learning materials including presentations, guides, manuals, videos, and e-learning content.
- Conduct onboarding sessions.
- Assess training needs through collaboration with managers and department leaders.
- Coordinate training schedules, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Maintain and update training documentation and learning resources.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience delivering product training - preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to simplify and explain complex topics clearly.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in creating digital learning content and interactive workshops.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
