Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and industry research to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Assist with financial analysis, financial modelling, and company or project valuations.
- Support due diligence by collecting, organizing, and reviewing financial and business information.
- Help prepare presentations, investment proposals, and reports for management.
- Assist with preparing documents for financing applications and discussions with banks and financial institutions.
- Support the monitoring of financing arrangements, repayment schedules, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisers to gather information and track progress.
- Maintain transaction records, databases, and supporting documents.
- Perform other assigned tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
