Your mission and responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Participate in the installation of new equipment.
• Escalate issues to headquarters as needed, ensuring the availability and quality of assigned systems.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure the operational continuity of their installed base.
Your qualifications and experience:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
• Recent graduate or graduate within the last 18 months (Required).
Your attributes and skills:
• Customer focus, results-oriented, strategic and innovative, collaborative and influential, autonomous, proactive, and leadership.
• Intermediate-advanced English.
