Application Lab Coordinator, your next role?

In this exciting role, you will plan and execute application-related activities, focusing on meeting requirements in terms of timing, quality, and innovation in formulations and ingredients, to deliver high-quality products and generate new business opportunities.

This position is 100% on site based in our Bogotá site.

Key Responsibilities

- Standardize new formulations and identify new ingredients that contribute to customers' products, creating new business opportunities.
- Communicate technical updates and innovations to customers, providing relevant information for their product portfolios to strengthen customer loyalty.
- Support customers in the development of formulations to enhance business relationships and create exclusive business opportunities.
- Coordinate fragrance stability evaluations as requested by customers or by the Evaluation and Sales teams and provide evaluation reports to support project development and ensure the delivery of optimal-quality products.
- Deliver applications to the Evaluation and Sales teams to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
- Deliver technical presentations designed by the regional team to create value and strengthen business relationships.
- Ensure proper organization, hygiene, and cleanliness of the work area to guarantee that products are delivered under optimal conditions.
- Perform activities inherent to the role to support the needs of the Evaluation, Sales, and Marketing departments.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures to support process efficiency, continuous improvement, and the achievement of our goals.
- Lead and develop a team by setting clear objectives, providing ongoing guidance, and driving a culture of high performance.

Your Professional Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the cosmetics or fragrance industry, in product development or manufacturing environments, working with applications or formulations.
- Experience managing teams is desirable.
- Knowledge of processes, applications, and formulations used in the cosmetics and home and fabric care industries.
- Ability to detect olfactory differences.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
