Avantor is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Service Technician om ons team in Boxmeer te versterken. In deze uitdagende functie werk je, na een grondige interne opleiding, zowel op locatie bij onze professionele klanten in Nederland als in onze vestiging te Boxmeer.

Werktijden:
Je zal werken van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 7u30 – 16u.
Het team:
Deze functie maakt deel uit van onze Technische afdeling in Boxmeer. Je komt terecht in een gezellig team van 12 die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de kalibratie van laboratoriumapparatuur bij onze klanten.
Wat we zoeken:
- Je hebt MBO werk- en denkniveau. Een technische of lab opleiding is een pre (MTS/MLO).
- Je bent woonachtig regio Boxmeer ±30 min reistijd.
- Je hebt een gedegen kennis van automation.
- Je hebt enkele jaren relevante werkervaring (ervaring met Lab Equipment en/of Kalibratie Equipment is een plus) en hebt tevens ervaring met klantencontact.
- Je bent bereid om te reizen binnen Nederland en Europa.
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed.
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en VCA diploma.
- Je bent een teamplayer, leergierig, representatief en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

Hoe je zal groeien en een impact zal hebben:
- Je verleent een efficiënte service op Lab en Proces Equipment (kalibraties en validaties) met inachtneming van kwaliteit en tevredenheid.
- Je voert protocolleringen en (kalibratie en validatie) metingen uit.
- Je verzorgt de rapportage aan de teamleader en klant.
- Je voert een gedegen administratie.
- Je volgt de dagplanning van de afdeling op.
- Je leeft het kwaliteitshandboek en werkinstructies na.
- Je denkt mee aan verbeteringen voor nieuwe meetmethodes en bijhorende werkinstructies.
- Je bent flexibel voor eventuele extra taken binnen de vestiging in Boxmeer.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Calibration & Validation Technician to join our team. Following a comprehensive internal training program, you will work both at our professional customer sites across the Netherlands and from our facility in Boxmeer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide efficient calibration and validation services for laboratory and process equipment while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Perform protocol execution and calibration/validation measurements.
- Prepare reports for both the Team Leader and customers.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation and administration.
- Follow the department’s daily planning and scheduling.
- Comply with quality manuals and work instructions.
- Contribute ideas for improving measurement methods and related work instructions.
- Remain flexible to support additional tasks within the Boxmeer site when required.
YOUR PROFILE
- MBO level education and thinking ability, with a technical qualification required (preferably Electrical Engineering).
- Residing in the Boxmeer region (+- 30 minutes)
- Solid knowledge of automation systems.
- Several years of relevant work experience; experience with laboratory equipment and/or calibration equipment is considered a strong advantage.
- Experience interacting with customers in a professional environment.
- Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and occasionally across Europe.
- Good command of both Dutch and English.
- In possession of a valid driver's license (B) and VCA certification.
- A team player who is eager to learn, professional in appearance and attitude, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility.
