REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE: •5 years clinical experience •3 years Critical Care LPN or Paramedic experience may be substituted for 3 years of RN experience EDUCATION: •Bachelors degree in Nursing may be substituted for 2 years of RN experience LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS: •RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state •BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE: • ICU, medical-surgical, and/or specific functional experience LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS: •Oncology Nursing Society Certification
