Part Time Sales Associate (Ben White)

As a team member of the ReStore, you will make sure customers end their shopping trips with a positive experience. In this role, you'll provide incredible customer service by engaging customers in friendly conversation, and you'll educate our customers about how their purchases contribute to our mission. You'll leave a lasting impression and transform first-time shoppers into loyal ReStore customers.

As a Sales Floor Associate , no two days are ever the same! A typical day will include the following responsibilities:

- Greets every customer with enthusiasm, maintains a positive, “can do” attitude at all times

- Provides volunteers with meaningful experience

- Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds appropriately

- Maintain a safe, clean, well-organized sales floor environment by processing donations and completes housekeeping duties

- Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner

- Assists in the process of all purchased merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner

- Assists in maintaining merchandise presentation, pricing and the accuracy of inventory levels

- Performs all other duties as assigned based on business needs

- Responsible for re-stocking sales counter merchandise, and participates in annual inventory

- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
