- Translate financial results into operational insights and actions that improve business performance
- Advise Operations leadership and budget owners on resource allocation, operating efficiencies and investment risk to inform decision-making
- Help harmonize processes, data governance and reporting across the operational network
- Support special projects for operational improvement, including system and tool automation that increases efficiency and frees up time for deeper analysis
- Contribute to executive-level presentations and reporting packages for senior leadership
What we’re looking for:

- 7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or operations/supply chain finance

- Ability to communicate clearly with operational stakeholders and translate site, supplier and process data into financial impact
- Comfort presenting to senior leadership and building clear, concise reporting packages
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with incomplete information in a fast-moving environment
Bonus Points For:
- Experience supporting a high-growth company.
- Exposure to manufacturing, facilities or supply chain cost structures (e.g., inventory, freight, capital projects)
- Hands-on experience with ERP and planning/automation tools (e.g., Oracle EPM, Anaplan, Tableau etc)
Must-have Requirements:
