Job Description
We’re seeking an SVP, Head of Corporate Digital Analytics & Insights to lead analytics and insights for our corporate and commercial banking digital organization. This is an opportunity to shape and mature an analytics function with strong existing capabilities in data, analytics, research, and execution. The successful candidate will bring the strategic leadership needed to connect those capabilities, identify opportunities across the digital ecosystem, and create a more structured, forward-looking approach to measurement and insights.
You’ll work closely with business-line, product, technology, UX, and data partners to strengthen digital performance, improve client experiences, and ensure analytics informs product strategy and investment decisions. You’ll also lead a small team of data science professionals and external resources while remaining close enough to the work to provide analytical and technical leadership when needed.

- Partner with senior business, product, and technology leaders to ensure analytics informs strategic priorities, investments, and product roadmaps.
- Establish meaningful KPIs and measurement frameworks that provide a clear view of digital performance and client behavior.

- Leverage behavioral, digital, and client data to identify opportunities to improve digital journeys and overall client experience.
- Analyze acquisition, engagement, adoption, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.
- Partner with Product and UX teams to improve navigation, content, calls-to-action, and end-to-end digital experiences.
- Evaluate campaign and digital-channel performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities across WCIB’s digital ecosystem and turn insights into clear business actions.
Analytics Modernization & AI
- Advance the analytics function through modern data, measurement, experimentation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring analytics and reporting, reduce manual effort, and accelerate insight generation and decision-making.
- Partner with data and engineering teams to strengthen data models, instrumentation, pipelines, and the broader analytics ecosystem.
- Help shape the target-state data environment required to support scalable analytics and insights.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and develop a team of data science and analytics professionals, establishing clear priorities, accountability, and development opportunities.
- Provide strategic direction while remaining sufficiently hands-on to challenge assumptions, guide analytical approaches, and ensure the quality and relevance of insights.
- Build a culture of curiosity, analytical rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Determine how the team’s capabilities should evolve as the analytics function matures and business needs expand.
Executive Partnership & Influence
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders across WCIB, Product, Technology, UX, and other key functions.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives that enable business leaders to make informed decisions.
- Influence priorities and action through data-driven recommendations and strong executive communication.
- Create stronger connections between analytics, digital strategy, client needs, and business performance.
